Can Not Find How To Get Historical Data for the ES on 10 Min Chart

I am trying to get the historical data for the ES on a 10min chart but the only data I can get is just daily and when I do the intraday it just gives me the 1min only option and it is blank just black screen.... I follow all the directions on the SC website for the historical data and I have search all through the forums and cant see to find how to do it. The only thing I have found is this Notice: New Futures Real-Time Data Feed | Post: 16247 and it is $35 but the SC homepage say that we get the intraday historical data included.... I just started the free trial.. Thanks for anyones help that get me the data. |

There is being some work done with the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service the last few days. This issue arises from the changes being made. Update Sierra Chart to version 1091 which is now available. You can do that with Help >> Download Current Version. Let us know if you still have a problem after the update. I got the new 1091 and still can not get the 10 min chart... maybe I am not doing it right but I have spent hours searching because I really need this data that is the main reason I sign up fro SC. I go to Global settings Data-trade service settings Sc historical data {data} (settings I have left at default) then I click OK File - find symbol I select ES march 2014 exp but I have also selected the others to see if I can get them but it makes no difference. Open historical chart (this option gives me no lower then 1 day Open intraday chart (this option only allows for 1 min there is no 10min option that I have found and the 1 min data only goes back to Nov 2013 so... How can I get 10 min data for the es / ym that will go back to the 24 months that it should? Thanks for your time. |
