Subinstance cannot disable Safe Mode

I had a problem with an ACS. So I activated safe mode and corrected the problem. When I disabled the safe mode, only main instance and subinstance #3 were able to return to normal mode. Subinstance #2 is still in safe mode. I have done the steps in Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode But still #2 still in safe mode. |

You need to turn on/off Safe Mode per sub-instance. When you start Sub-Instance #2, are you selecting Cancel and then clicking in the box to disable Safe Mode? Is that not working for some reason? What exactly is happening when you do this?
