I can't seem to get that function to change my replay speed. I'm trying sc.ChangeChartReplaySpeed(sc.ChartNumber, 1); to no effect (chart replay speed remains the same). I'm on version 2182.

We see no problem with that function it does work correctly. Example: sc.ChangeChartReplaySpeed(sc.ChartNumber, 120);
Try updating to the latest version. Should not matter though. Although we are going to put make one small change in the next release related to this. There could be some scenario where the speed does not change but we are not quite sure the circumstances that would lead to that but we can see potentially this could be a problem.
