I moved to Infinity Futures from AMP and when I made the charting service choice at TransAct Futures, a bunch of old chartbooks loaded. I have followed your instructions for Deleting a Chartbook, but that does not delete them. I have gone to the Sierra Charts Data Folder and tried to delete them from there. No change. I have gone to the "Which charts to load on startup and deleted them from there. Same result. They remain. How can I get rid of these chartbooks? Thank you.
