Updated from 2168 to 2188. Sub instances failed to open and many charts failed to open in 1st instance. Rolled back to 2168 1st instance chartbook still missing charts. Retrieved chartbook from backup. Now running 2168 OK on all instances. Please advise |

Did not supply chartbook as it contains 1 quoteboard, 37 charts, loaded with various combinations of 12 custom studies. A Blank chart was OK in 2188, went through many permutations of symbols and studies but could not locate the issue. However all is now working with v 2189 so problem solved. On a sperate subject for many months on login I receive I receive a System Notification Message saying I have 1 updated Support Ticket all the Tickets appear cleared at my end. Please check your end. |
