How do I increase the display to show more depth of market on the ladder... I can only see 10 ask and bid in the colums ?

You are only getting 10 levels because that is what your data provider has available. The Denali Exchange Data Feed offers 1400 levels of Market Depth for the CME Group data. We recommend changing to our data feed in order to get the additional depth.
