If setting the Chart Trade Window Background (Graphics Settings - Global) to RGB:0,5,45 (dark blue) then the text labels in the Chart Trade Window stay RGB:0,0,0 (black) and there is no setting that affects that (yes, I tried them all).

Proposed:
Set RGB:255,255,255 for text labels in the CTW when "Chart Trade Window Background" is "very dark" ie R<=64 && G<=64 && B<=64 (currently it does this only "if-black" RGB:0,0,0) --or-- make the "Chart Trade Window Text Color" setting also affect the labels that the "if-black" condition is touching - currently it is only affecting "Position", "P/L" and "NPL" EditBoxes but not the labels.

Those are operating system controlled. We will be fully dispensing with these Microsoft garbage dialog windows next year.

No reason to make any suggestions.
