New Version 2180 issues

Hello, I updated my Sierra Chart to version # 2180 and there are several issues. First, it reverted me to SIM mode automatically. However, when I change out of SIM it does not give me my account #, it just says "Unset" (see attached images): https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=44677 Third, I get an error saying that my custom indicators need to be recompile.. how do I do that? The new version totally removed or not reading in my previous setup/configurations. Please advice me on what I need to do. Thanks, Max |

There is no reason why your setup should have changed in terms of your Data/Service Settings, but from what you are stating it sounds like it did. From what we see, it looks like you are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. If this is correct, then you need to go to File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and set the Service to SC Futures Order Routing/Data. You essentially need to go through the Setup Instructions again starting at Step #9 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions With regards to the Custom Indicators, you need to talk to the developers of those indicators to let them know that you need to use them with the current version and they need to get you the updated versions.
