1. I was told by Tradovate that I can connect to Sierra Charts, but I do not see it listed in the dropdown of broker choices. 2. I DO see TopStepTrader as a viable broker connection option, but TopStep told me I cannot connect to SC. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. I opened a Tradovate account just to be able to connect to SC while I trade the TopStep Combine. So far I've only become confused. Thank you. |

1. There really is not proper support for Tradovate. We recommend using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service instead: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. Thank you. This begs another question: Is my understanding correct that the SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData does not give me true futures price/volume data, but rather CFD data? I am trying to set up Market Profile. Will the SC data work for a Market Profile chart w/ volume Profile? Thanks, Tom |

Your information is not correct. It is true that the CFD data is included at no extra cost with a Sierra Chart package. But Real-Time data for other exchanges is available through one of the Sierra Chart data feeds that support Real-Time data. In general, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart If you are interested in the Sierra Chart Order Routing service, then most likely you are wanting data for the CME Group. This is available through the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here: Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

For CME Group data you will use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and this is definitely true futures data from the exchange.
