Dear Sir , I am using "Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed" for full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) nonprofessional Trading accounts (Market Depth Included: No) and Hong Kong Futures Exchange (Market Depth Included: No). I noted there is a message from your system to remind user "If you require data from CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.". Please advises what is Denali Exchange Data Feed? Do I need to convert Sierra Chart Real-Time data feed to Denali Exchange data feed? Regards, Allan Lee |

Similar situation to above using "Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed" because Eurex required in addition to US exchanges. Understand data compression now available for Denali. Are there any other advantages? |

We will follow-up with you in regards to this Nothing you need to do now.Data compression is also used for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Although we are phasing out CME Group data on that data feed for all users. And will be adding an enhanced EUREX data feed to the Denali Exchange data feed soon and removing it from the SC Exchange Data Feed. Hi User223734, I can help you with this adjustment, getting your CME Group Data through the Denali Data Feed instead of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. We can do a call if you wish.

As we are using Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed for CME group, why we need to change to Denali Exchange Data Feed? What is the advantage for Denali Exchange Data Feed when compare with Sierra Chart Real-Time Data Feed?

Hi User223734, we are no longer able to add new CME Group Data Users to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, so getting the CME Group Real-time data requires using the Denali Data Feed. If a client is paying an Exchange Fee on the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Data Feed in the same month we give him an automatic $10 rebate. |
