Dear Support, When I look at the names of the data feed available on the various pricing plans, I do not find the corresponding names from the Data/Trade Service Settings Service drop-down menu. Your pricing plans include the following: SC Historical Data Service SC Real Time and Historical Forex and CFD data service. On the above-mentioned drop-down menu, I see the following: 1. SC Historical IntraDay Futures Data 2. SC Historical Data 3. SC Forex Data (FXCM) If I just need index futures and energy futures non-live data for charting and simulation trading, which packages can I choose to subscribe? For each choice, which of 1, 2 or 3 are actually available? Thanks. |

You need to use the Sierra Chart Historical Data service for what you require: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartHistoricalData.html The actual name of the service as it is listed in Sierra Chart is documented on that page we have linked to. You will need Sierra Chart package 3 which includes this service. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
