Backtesting stuck

Hi,

I'm trying to run a backtest 15-Oct-2019 until now, but every time the backtest gets stuck on 11-June-2020 16:10 (NY Time).

If I start another backtest from 12-June-2020, it gets stuck on 10-September-2020 16:10 (NY Time).

Already tried to delete and download all data again, but same result.

This only happens when replaying all charts in chartbook. In this case 3 charts, they all have setting to load 365 days. Using version 2182.

Do you have an idea how I can resolve this?

Thank you.

Exactly how are you starting this back test?

And when you say stuck, is the user interface responsive but just the charts are not advancing in time?

I am starting it through Replay as this will then allow me to select All charts in chartbook

Correct SC is responsive but the charts are just not advancing in time

Looking at the dates I’m guessing this could have something to do with rollover. I’ve set this to volume based rollover

Try increasing the replay speed.

I don't think it has anything to do with the replay speed, which is set to 30720. When I replay one chart, it goes fine. When I replay all charts in chartbook it jams every time at this rollover. Doesn't matter how long I leave it running, it doesnt get past this point. Happy to send you the message logs if it helps.

Done, unfortunately same result. I've also tried to delete and re-download all the data again, but no change.

Thanks for further looking into this.

This issue will be resolved in the next release. We should have this out tomorrow. Looks like this has been a long-standing issue.
