Delayed Denali Feed After Setting Up Correctly

I've activated denali real time feed for all cme groups (non prof) and have used all the support docs to set it up. My data is still 15-20 minutes delayed. |

You need to connect to your trading account in order to validate that you have one so that you can pay the Non-Professional exchange fees.
