I had a gap in my data on my chart for some reason, so i went to edit and clicked on delete all data and download. This is for the ES micro contract. The historical data will not download and gives me the message historical download complete. The data starts at the time I get the message historical download complete. The data just starts at that time.

Any suggestions to get the historical data for the december contract of the Es micro?

Right-click on the chart before the missing data and select Delete and Download Data.
