Dear Sir or Madam, I'm new to you and don't know myself very well with the platform. I have a problem with the datafeed, for example the S&P 500 Index. If I want to open a chart from 1-60 minutes, it doesn't work. Only from the daily chart. Sincerly |

Follow the instructions in the following section (just Step #9) and select the "Open Intraday Chart" button. Let us know what you see after you do this.
