Hello, I was wondering what Data fees I may be paying that I don’t need/use . My main instrument is ES and MES live data . Are their fees I may be able to cut ( ie NYMEX)but still maintain live ES/MES? Thank you |

Then you could change the particular exchange that you have activated. Instead of the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchange, you would use the "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchange. This will still give you the ES and MES along with others that are on the CME and Globex. Just be aware that you have paid for the exchange in full for the month, so you do not want to make a change until the beginning of next month. Prior to the end of this month, you need to select the option to "Deactivate" the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts". This just sets it to not renew, you will still have access through the end of the month. You will do this on this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Then on November 1, go to that same page (above) and enable the "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchange. Just to be clear, if I want to just have CME with market depth I deactivate "full CME " and activate "CME market depth" at the same time? This will be a seamless transition with no data down time ?

Yes this is correct, but we are already in a new month, so you have already paid this month for the Full CME Group with Market Depth data.

So I deactivated "Full CME " and activated "CME with market Depth. " I noticed when I open my chart book the green connection icon at the top left is missing. Is this normal and why is it missing now? pic attached |
