You can get Real-Time data for SPY using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enabling the U.S. Equities data feed. Refer to the following: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Just be aware that this does not include Level 2 Market Depth data. If you require the Level 2 Market Depth data, then you would need to use either Interactive Brokers or IQFeed.
