Hello, hope your day is good. I just updated my sierra charts to the newest update and all my charts seem to be working fine excerpt my TPO profile. Instead its just a black screen with no y-axis price scale. Ill post a picture below. Ive been using the same TPO chart for 2 years now with sierra and have never had any problems before. Thanks for your time. |

Your Sierra Chart account is on the Standard package and not the Advanced package which is required for TPO Profile Charts. Since your account is through your broker, you need to contact them to change your account to the "Advanced Service Package".
