LMAX account downloand problem

Hello! Ive got a msg when open SC LMAX :
" Download failed. Error downloading historical Daily data. Historical data logon error: Data files folder not set for service code: lmax| Username: resetmsc "
I havent changed anything in my Gen settings and I have set my folder for Historical data.
I tried to reload, delete/download hist/intraday charts, recalculate etc....It didnt help. I have also checked my login data. I have my connection with LMAX but I couldnt donwnload Hist data

This has already been resolved.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
