Sierra fees billed twice [AMP futures]

Hello, Yesterday I paid the denalli exchange feed fees as long as the CME fees online on sierra website. By the end of the day, I see that those fees were also paid from my AMPfutures account (see attached). Could you please refund me ? Thanks in advance, Sincerely, |

You need to talk to AMP about this, as they took you off their Internal Billing with us on September 30, 2020. That is why you needed to pay for the Denali Exchange Data Feed directly to us. They should not have billed you for this for October.
