I have used Sierra charts through TransAct for several months. Am currently on trial with Sierra for direct account with you. Am not getting current pricing on stocks. Does the trial offer not include current pricing? Must I have a broker such as Ameritrade in order to get at least end of day or better yet real time pricing? The Sierra Chart trial and paid package 3 and 5 include historical stock data. If you just need historical stock data, then use this service: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartHistoricalData.html That page has set up instructions to use that service. Do need real-time data? Let us know if you have more questions. For speed and efficiency and accuracy, we use this Support Board. Sierra Chart is a very large complex application supporting numerous Data and Trading services. It is not feasible for us to be providing free open telephone support. We do provide paid telephone support, and it is at $.58 per minute. Sometimes we do provide it for free, like with basic set up issues, but so far the Support Board should suffice for your questions. I would prefer real time data, so please tell me if I can set up for that on the trial OR Just go ahead and sign up for the paid service? |

For real-time stock data, you will need to use a separately paid for Data service or use the real-time stock data provided by a Trading service . Please have a look at: TD Ameritrade Interactive Brokers Barchart Data service They can be found on this page: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/data.php#Services We do plan to be offering our own real-time stock data feed for US and other exchanges for 35USD a month, but that is not yet available.
