BMF real-time data not loading correctly

Hi there, I signed up for BMF real-time data today, and I am following 2 of its markets, which are XDX20 and XEX20 symbols. However, I am noticing some big delays/dislocations between the current data which is being shown and other local platforms. Could you check if Barchart is experiencing some issues with it? If they are the ones who are still feeding this data?(I remember a while ago they were the ones providing it) Thanks, Joao. |

FWIW, this is happening on a 2nd instance of SC connected to SC Data - All Services service.

Are the two instances connected at the same time? They cannot be. Only one will receive real-time data.

The 1st one is connected to SC Futures Order Routing/Data [trading], and I am using Denali exchange data feed, as I am using it to trade CME products. Would that be a problem too?

As an additional info, I disconnected SC Futures Order Routing/Data[trading] and only connected the 2nd insntance with SC Data - all services and this issue is persisting. I took a look at the link you sent, but could not really find BM&F in there. However, looking directly CQG's website I noticed that they offer it. Do you know if this subscription is dealt directly with CQG or I need to go through a broker? If a broker is the option, Do you know if Amp futures offer it? Thank you. |

Yes you do need to definitely go through a broker to access the CQG data. Not sure if AMP supports trading B3. You need to ask them.

Hi there, Everything has been working fine since you requested your data providers to look into it. I have been searching for other providers for BM&F and, CQG is the one that offers it. I thought it would be possible to use this data in conjunction with Sierra Chart(using my CQG credentials), but they said I would only be able to use BM&F data with their own CQG platform, which would cost more than $500. Would you reconsider continuing offering BM&F, even if it is only its real-time data?(A tradable product would not even be necessary).
