Hello ,

When I try to upload the chartbook I get an error message, and the chartbook does not upload.

I could not figure out where the problem was.

You will need to access a backup chartbook that will work for you. Refer to the following:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File

Also, please attach the Chartbook that is giving you that error to this thread so we can take a look at it.

This Chartbook consists of nothing but zeros. This is a Windows operating system problem to have a result like that.

When this Chartbook was saved, was that at a time that your computer system was shutting down immediately after.
