The first thing we want you to do is to reboot your system. This in combination with the other problem make us think something is not quite right with your system today. ok, i rebooted. Now a new issue occurs where it says the SC Futures and Order Routing/Data is not enabled on package.. It does seem to connect to SC Data - All services though

Looks like this was caused by a firewall issue on your side. Also instead of restarting doing the following may have accomplish the same thing: ipconfig /flushdns on the Windows command line.
