Why is that skipping forward a minute is nearly instant, but going back a minute requires entire SCID reloads?

This is not technically possible to avoid reloading the chart unless it is acceptable for the jump back feature on replay to be imprecise and sometimes do nothing. So if we improve upon this, then we will start getting reports from users saying that jump back does not work right and there would be a lot. So it is pointless for us to do anything.
