Hello,

For example with the symbol AF.FP, free data is going to be delayed by 15 minutes but Sierra Chart will show intraday data as if it were real time. The open is going to appear to be at 9:15 when in fact should it should be 9:00.

Not a major issue but it is confusing and I have not been able to find a setting in Symbol settings to address it. I am thinking it should be an easy fix.

Thank you

We do not understand this post. There is nothing wrong with the time stamping for the CBOE Europe historical data or real-time data.

Well for me there is.
I refer to free delayed intraday data from barchart. The delay isn't taken into account in the timestamp. Here is an example attached.

The crosshair on the first bar of 2020-9-24 is at 9:15. This data should be timestamped 9:00.

The time zone is set to the time zone of the exchange : Brussels

We do not observe any problem. We can see that for that symbol trading began at 9:15, at that exact moment in CET. The data was not delayed.

In any case, the time stamping is not within our control, and it matches the current time as we look at the real-time data feed.

If the data is delayed we are certainly not aware of that and that was not our understanding. We are finding out if the data is delayed.

Thank you for your answer.

Please check the intraday chart on barchart's website, it is displayed correctly there: https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/AF.FP/interactive-chart
Trading does begin at 9:00 CET, which is this opening of the exchange.

I am able to compare with my brokers platforms, which provide free real time data on those symbols. I doublechecked on tradingview, which also shows the correct times.

Apparently the data is delayed. We will have real-time data available tomorrow.

The time on my intraday data is still wrong. And on top of that I haven't been receiving any more new data for these symbols at all.

I'm not sure you understood my initial point though. I did not have a problem with the fact data was not showing real time. I don't have a CBOE Europe real time subscription. I don't need real time quotes for these symbols in SC.

My problem is : what should be the 9:00 price has a 9:15 timestamp, 9:05 price has a 9:20 timestamp, etc. This is the "delay" I was talking about.

This is still the case with my charts.

We will see about this. But tentatively we have discontinued this data feed.

Unlikely we would bring it back. It is not worth all this effort with the little interest there is in it.

Dear Sirs,

Would it be possible to restore at least historical daily data for CBOE Europe?

Kind regards,

In this case the my problem lies elsewhere.

All my daily CBOE Europe charts stopped updating from 29.10.2020.

Error message:

Could you please kindly assist.

Therefore, this data is not available without paying an exchange fee. We would have to set that up. We will see. From what we can tell there is little interest in this particular exchange.

Would you be willing to pay 25 USD per month, plus the exchange fee whatever it is?
