When I'm loading index CFDs I'm not always getting all the data. If I load Hang Seng (HSI) or FTSE (UK100) it loads as normal in a chart up to the current day and if I go into Chart Settings in 'Date Range in File' it shows the To: date as today. However, when I try to load Dax (GDAXI), NQ (NDX) or S&P (SPX) they only go up to the 10th of August and that is the date that shows in the 'Date Range in File' under chart settings. |

We have looked into this, and the reason is because those symbols have been discontinued by LMAX.

Thank you, I double checked with LMAX and they confirm that it is the case. Is it possible to remove the symbols that are no longer supported from the drop down list in Sierra to only display the live markets? |

No we will not remove them because we want to keep the historical data accessible.
