Sup, first of best Software ever and great support! Question: I currently use the Simulated Server function and traded with 10 Minute delayed data. I was using a trail feed from cme. What exactly do i need to renew now? The Denali Feed and the CME or only the denali? I am not trading live yet so i dont use the trading account discount |

If you do not have a live trading account, then if you want to get the Real-Time data you would have to pay the Professional Exchange fees. If you are still just wanting to test your trading, then we recommend just using the Delayed Exchange Data Feed, which gives you the CME Group of data streaming, but at 10 minutes and 10 seconds delayed. There is no charge for the use of this data as long as you are on a active Sierra Chart package. Refer to the information here: Delayed Exchange Data Feed If you do go with the delayed data, then you will want to set the Denali Exchange Data Feed to NOT renew. We see that you have already done this for the exchange itself, so you just need to do it for the data feed. You can do this by selecting "Disabled" in this section: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliExchangeDataFeed If you also want to continue to use the Simulated Futures Trading Service, then you would need to setup an account on the Delayed Simulated Futures Server. Follow the instructions here: Simulated Futures Trading Service: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
