I checked the box "Safe mode" as instructed by you yesterday to make the platform ladder smoother operating. Once I did that, I could not get my usual screens and ladder to come up. Tried several times with no success. Please resolve. Rob Slater |

The reason we ask you to run in Safe Mode is to eliminate the possibility of a 3rd party study causing an issue with the software. So the first question is whether you notice things running smoother now that the 3rd party software is not running? If it is, then you would need to talk to the creator of the 3rd party software to find out why their software is causing things to slow down your system. If you want to get everything back, then just restart Sierra Chart and turn off Safe Mode.
