Hello, my aapl/US stocks chart doesn’t update unless I close the app or computer it doesn’t give me real time updates even though that is checked and hours are set intraday day from 08:00:00 to 15:59:59 how can I resolve this?

You are not connected to a Real-Time data feed. What you are getting right now is the Historical data from Sierra Chart. Thank you so I got a bit confused reading all of this information. Is there a link to where I can be billed monthly for nasdaq, s&p 500 and Dow Jones indices such as apple Tesla Boeing Netflix etc. I read that most US indices were 5.25 per month but to get access I would have to pay 25 per month so I got a bit confused there.

All of these exchanges are available through the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and are billed monthly. There is a fee for the data feed itself depending on how many symbols you will be tracking at the same time ($25.00 for up to 150 symbols and $50.00 for up to 500 symbols). Then there is the cost of the exchanges themselves, which for the indices is $5.25 per exchange.
