hi, my sierra does not connect to the rithmic data service. maybe i have the wrong log in data for sierra? i can log in the T|Rithmic trader platform but i got no connection in sierra with the same data |

The first thing to do is to ensure that you have the updated Bridge files in the RIM folder under the Sierra Chart installation folder.
