Just downloaded Trial bit after midnight and been working all night on program. Biggest problem at this time is the Symbol Settings for USD/JPY. 1. The Tick Size and Currency Value Per Tick weren't right to begin with and with me trying to correct it made it worse I think. ie. I wanted to open a 5 Range chart and got a 0.025 chart. So in Chart Settings instead of putting in 5, I put in 10 so now I have a 5 Range chart. See what I mean. My poor CountDown Timer is giving the ticks for a 10 range on my now 5 Range chart. 2. Also my Intraday Session Times are incorrect and I can't seem to correct it. It wants to start the day at midnight, and this Symbol starts and ends at 14:00 PST. I don't know what to input. TIA |

1. In the spot Forex markets, there really is no definite Tick Size which exist for these markets. You can change the settings as you require through Global Settings >> Symbol Settings: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php Be sure to also make the change within any existing charts as well. You will need to disable Global Settings >> Symbol Settings >> Overwrite Existing Settings When Automatically Updating from Server. 2. Here is the documentation for Session Times: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_ChartSettings.html#SessionTimes You will want to set the Start Time to 14:00:00 and the End Time to 13:59:59 Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
