Hi I'm just new to Sierra Chart. I downloaded the application as instructed, unfortunately it was blocked on my system, stating that "the file could be harmful to this device" I have windows 10 and working off the Microsoft Edge operating system. Can you advise what I should do please? |

There should be a way to allow Sierra Chart to run. There should be link or button you can click, on that pop-up message to allow Sierra Chart.

You should have a link on that message that states "More Info". If you select that link it will then give you a button that states "Run Anyway". Select that button and you should be good. Otherwise, you would need to change the security settings of your computer to allow the program to run. Or, another option is to use the Zip installer that we have available. Refer to the information here: Software Download: Sierra Chart Zip Installer For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
