Hello , i want to set an email alert but when the price is triggered i have a error message : email adresse was opted out from receiving alert notification messages , contact sierra chart support. Also I have filled in the email in the general settings alerts/general 3 tab. Thanks |

Somewhere along the line, you selected the option to not receive emails from Sierra Chart, which includes the Alert messages.
