Does vendor need paid Sierra use time/advanced package 5 to provide the DLL Custom Study?

Support, If the vendor has developed a custom study and would like to market it as DLL to Sierra trading community does he need to have paid SC usage time and advanced package 5 or it will be enough to only have simple Sierra Chart account with access to Control Panel and approved DLL name by SC Support? |
