BTC futures contract missing data

Using SC Data All Services, historical BTC futures contracts seem to have a gap. I am getting historical bars up to August 6th and now on September 21 - all the days in between are missing. Do you know anything about this? |

We do not see any issues. We found a problem with the symbol settings.
