When I opened my charts this morning the data feed had stopped at 2:28am Eastern. I've tried refreshing, re-downloading the data and cannot get the missing data. I've tried Edit/Download Data - Intraday Chart to get the data back and the Edit/Reload All Charts function, still no data beyond 2:28am. When I try those functions the data begins at the current time with a gap back until 2:28am. I use OEC data on the chart but trade with software from one of their partners (ATC Trader). This problem happens with both the current 1090 version and the 1076 version. Thank you |
