First time using Sierra, I have subscribed and paid but having no luck with it. Please may I have some help, Regards. |

We would need to know more about what exactly is not working for you. Although we want to point out that you have signed up for the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you did not enter a Clearing Firm/Brokerage in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement, but you listed yourself as a Non-Professional in the CME Non-Professional Certification, therefore your agreements have been rejected. Even more interesting is that you activated the CME for Professionals and Users without a Trading Account. If you want to be classified as a professional, then fill out the agreements and be sure to select No on the CME Non-Professional Certification form. You can then leave the Clearing Firm information blank on theUniform Subscriber Agreement. Once that is all taken care of, then your data situation will be worked out. If, however, you want to be classified as a Non-Professional and be able to get the lower-priced CME exchange fees, then you would need to have a trading account.
