connecting second apt to Denali

Greetings The last day of August I turned off CQG data in order the upgrade to Denali, (which I have done through my broker AMP where I have a funded account) for broader market depth but ALSO because the Denali documentation says the client can stream live data to two apps on the same machine. I use Motivewave software for Elliott Wave analyse and have tried to connect it to Denali and can't find any way to even get started. I am now told by tech support at AMP that no third party App can be connected to Denali only a second copy of Sierra charts ! I had CQG/SC for several months, no problems, following a mentor who pays extra each month to get equities data too. How can I meet my goals of having SC and Motivewave connected ( API )to a real time data service simultaneously on one computer and have real time equities and futures data?? Thanks Burnie Williams |
