Depth data is showing fine on the DOM, but NOT my charts. (moving to Denali from SCEDF)

The depth data is showing fine on the DOM. Just not my charts. My footprint chart should have numbers bars showing the buys and sells. All I have is a blank chart with the correct price showing on the right edge. Same with the heat map chart. I may want to just go back to the feed I was using if I can't get this data to show up on my charts.

First thing to do is to update Sierra Chart to the current version: Software Download: Fast Update And then use this command on the Edit menu to translate the symbols to the current service: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service If you still need help provide an image of the chart. I figured out my problem. Somehow when I was switching over to Denali I inadvertently change my service package from the advanced package to the standard package, which does not support numbers bars. Once I realized this, I switched backto the advanced package and my charts returned to normal. Thanks for your help with my self-imposed problem. |
