We have our data package through you guys, can you please tell me if we have the correct package, are we still on CQG or Denali? Also, here is a question from Ray today about our account. "can you find out why on our account VXX and VIXY aren't updating in real time please" Thanks, appreciate your help. Kim |

You are setup to receive data from Sierra Chart for the following exchanges: - CME - CBOT - COMEX - NYMEX - S&P Indices - Dow Jones Indices - NASDAQ Indices We are not sure which symbol you are looking for in terms of VXX, but the $VIXY is from the CBOE Indices. You would need to enable the CBOE Indices in order to get that data.
