I get this message in the log. Please advise. "Error setting System Date-Time. Windows error code 1314: A required privilege is not held by the client. | 2020-09-10 14:19:58.565 *" |

Refer to the following information: Global Settings Menu: Set System Date-Time from Server (Global Settings menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I followed the directions and I can now set the "system date/time from server". But now every time I open Sierra Charts I get the "user account control" popup. Annoying. I use windows 7. Is there a way to prevent this?

We really do not know why it is doing that. The only thing we can suggest is to deselect the option in Sierra Chart to set the time from the server and just make sure that your computer clock is synced to a trustworthy source (such as time.nist.gov). For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

You are getting that Windows message because Sierra Chart is run with Administrator level access. There is an option in the Windows Control Panel to prevent that warning from displaying.
