Hello, a friend and I are running some alert code. I have Denali and he has Rithmic. I understand there is NO support for Rithmic anymore. But could you help us understand why the actual values are SO far apart and why Rithmic's are SO high. I attached two screen shots. Denali showing values in the hundreds, Rithmic showing in the thousands. Charts have the exact same setup except he's 2hours ahead. 2nd Question. On Denali, if I have the the Max Levels in the DTC config set at 100, does that mean the Sum Pull/Stack Values will include all 100 levels? I have modified this value to 10 then 50, and it doesn't seem to change the calculation in the Sum values as much as one would think. Thank you! |

If you manually calculate the sum of the market depth pulling and stacking values for the bid side and ask side separately, do your calculations match what Sierra Chart is showing at that moment? We need to know precisely what setting you are referring to: 2nd Question.
