custom symbols in denali does not work anymore

Hello SC team, got a problem since a few days, all my customs symbols that use the "Uses Formula Operators" option does not work anymore, they are stuck in "waiting to download historical data" or "downloading historical data.Bars may not appear until done" Example : {usd-x}*{6JU20_FUT_CME} usd-x and 6JU20_FUT_CME work separatly.. that use to works perfectly till now Thanks in advance if you have any idea, by the way i use denali exchange Zak PS : something that i noticed is the "FSE" showing at the end of the symbol in the chart for those symbols that does not work anymore.. |

Zak, I'm not sure. Maybe it has to do with the new time data (milliseconds). Just guessing.

hello support team, i did follow the instructions, please see below some pictures but unfortunatly it is still not working for me. Morning Zak, Yes, it worked for me. I will tell you what I did. - Disconnect your data feed. - Close all your chartbooks you have open (if any). - Go to File >> New/Open Intraday Chart. - Type in the Search box the symbol/symbol contract you want to delete. - I changed in the Data/Trade Service Settings the Max Intraday days to 30 and 15. - Connect your data feed again. |

For my part, i feel a bit studpid lol I do believe that i did exactly what is recommanded, and also did your recommandation twice, but still nothing on my side, those custom symbols does not want to work anymore :( something is blocking the process but don't know what .. Hi support team, sorry to take you out your time, I did it again following the support recommandation and i even put only one day on the max historical intraday days to download Still stuck on waiting download historical data, someting wrong in my settings somewhere. Hi User41683 thanks for the suggestion, highly appreciated ! I just tried, all went blank and it disconnected me from the "sc futures order routing/data" from where i am usually connected with the hep of sierra support when i did subscribe. Again, i have never edit anything, all worked very well and smoothly till now, all instruments still working, only my customs symbol are buggy. Best regards Zak |

Zak, For instance if you do Treasury spreads like the FOB (4*ZFZ20 - ZBZ20), you have to remove ZFZ20 and ZBZ20. But you can only do that if first disconnect then you close all your chartsbooks and then delete these contracts. |

I am having the exact same problem but i dont understand what you mean by deleting my underlying symbols? can you kindly explain please this is deiving me nuts. i am getting the same exact thing where most if not all of my customs pread symbols are not working thanks in advance and i have upgraded to the most recent version |

one more question please how do you make a custom spread symbol continuous? This is not supported.i am getting the same exact thing where most if not all of my customs pread symbols are not working We have added to some indicators on the chart displayed after the Custom Calculated Symbol indicating the state of the calculation. We are documenting these later today. After the symbol do you see [FSE]? This indicates the symbol is not calculating and there is either an error or no market data available.But to make sure you are seeing the correct state, update to prerelease 2170.
