Flatten/Cancel/Open Orders issue

For the past few days I have been having problems with orders being opened after I flatten/cancel. I'm on Sim mode trying to troubleshoot and don't want to risk live mode if this issue persists. I open a position, then I'll flatten, the position is closed, but what happens is that where I flatten another position is opened. I don't see this until I open a second position, flatten it and show order fills. The first Flatten is showing to be the open of the second closed position. Now the open of the second position remains opened until I open/flatten a 3rd. As you can see from the image I've provided, the order fills are showing there is a position opened indicated by the horizontal red arrow with no green line attached. My trade orders window shows nothing. If I try to flatten or cancel the Trade Service Log says:
"Unable to Flatten or Reverse because a Position does not exist | Symbol: NQU0 | TradeAccount: [Sim]43931 | 2020-09-07 10:14:22.515 *"
Anyone know how I might fix this glitch?
