chart trading order entry problem's

Hello When placing orders in the Sim account(with or without brackets)from my charts(chart trade mode is on) there is a problem canceling the orders. I am running version 2135. When I try go cancel an open or non filled order with the "flatten" key or "cancel all" key, only the brackets cancel. The main order does not. The main order goes to pending cancel and after about 1 to 2 minutes the order cancels. I hopefully have attached screen shots to show what is going on. I also cannot move the main order to adjust the entry point once placed, but can move the brackets on my charts. Thank you for your help Irv Olsen Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-09-06 11:20:34
