Options chart trader order disappears from the screen

Hello, I have the following problems: a) When I open any options chart (for example: AAPL-OPT-20200904-117.5-C-SMART-100-USD) there is yellow message on the chart saying: "Symbol settings not found for current service" After some time it disappears, but every time I open other options chart it appears again. Let me know please how to remove it. b) When option order fills, order line disappears from the chart (though order continues to work). I have attached a screenshot where you see only profit target and stop loss, but stop limit order line (it should be between those two) has disappeared. Looks like it is a bug or something. I use version 1991 64-bit. Is it possible to fix this somehow? I tried options charting and trading few months ago and had the same problems. Trading and feed from interactive brokers. Thank you. |
