Hi, I am currently trading with a sim account on the septembre contracts (SMI, BUND, DAX, ect...). For example, using the symbol GGU20 for the bund. When I select the december 2020 symbol or GGZ20 screens get black and no price data is displayed. Please advise, Gfx |

There is data available for that symbol. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
