not getting ES data on charts from an old chart book

I recently switched to Sierra Chart data for CME. New charts have correct data. But when I opened an existing chart book, the "date range in file" ended at 7/31/20. Somehow I changed the date to 9/3/20 but the body of the chart is blank (except for one "0x1" entry) and the price scale still matches what was in effect on 7/31. I have been fighting with this for 2+ hours to no avail and request telephone support which is worth it for me to pay. Thank you. |
