If you are not using Sierra Chart Spreadsheets, then we recommend using the non-CLR version of Sierra Chart which has no .NET dependency. You can download it from here: http://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartSetupNoCLR.exe We really do not like .NET. It belongs in the trashcan. LOL...........I agree. I was able to get .net reinstalled and get Sierra back up and running. I don't use spread sheets so downloading the non-CL version may be the thing for me to do. I was not aware that there was a version of Sierra that was not .net dependent. Is the operation of Sierra, in the non-CLR version, exactly the same as the regular version? Are there any differences in the everyday use? If I download the non-CLR version, will my data folder, with all my studies, etc. automatically transfer over with the download?

Yes it is exactly the same except the Spreadsheet functionality is new and still under development. Other than that, everything is the same. It is safe to use. Your data folder will automatically transfer over.
